We want you to love your set. If something is not right, here is exactly how it works.

Return window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, it is fully covered: tell us within 7 days of delivery, send a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

How to start a return

Email buttontiara@aftersalesteam.online within the return window with your order number and, if there is a problem with the item, a photo of it.

We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back; parcels sent without confirmation may not be refundable.

Who pays return shipping

Damaged, defective or wrong item: we cover return shipping, or you may not need to send it back at all.
Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We ship the replacement as soon as the return is confirmed.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement well past the delivery estimate, email us with your order number (and photos for damage). We will send a replacement or a full refund. Please keep the original packaging until the case is closed.

Not covered

Damage caused by improper use, cleaning with harsh chemicals, soaking, or normal wear
Change-of-mind returns that are opened, used, or not in their original packaging
Requests made after the 7-day window
