Where we ship from

Orders ship from our partner workshop in China.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Some sets are made to order; when a product page states a production time, that time applies before dispatch.

Delivery estimates and shipping cost

Available shipping options, costs and delivery estimates for your address are shown at checkout. Orders of $59.99 or more qualify for free shipping.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays and customs clearance can add time.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking usually activates within 24 hours.

Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are paid by the recipient and are not included in the checkout price.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email buttontiara@aftersalesteam.online with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
